Preparing the quote: All it takes is a mechanical drawing, send us mechanical drawing 2D or 3D files and we will send a quote within 24 hours. If no 3D drawing? It is no problem. Our engineer can work with you closely from original 2D files to final 3D drawings created for your approval, you need to get on the road to production.
Placing purchase order: Our engineer team will checking out the projects construction in the initial stages, then we send quote you for approval, then you prepare the orders to us, and your project will be automatically put into our production machining line.
Machining the parts: Our production team will keep your projects of delivery time shorter, and keep production photo to you, meanwhile, our quality inspector will check the finished parts. Then provide the production grade and inspection report, usually, we will have quick turnaround for parts in 3-7 days, but depend on order quantities and drawings, as well as surface finishing.

Project Development and Management

Production and Delivery
We own over 15 sets CNC Milling machines, and over 10 sets CNC Turning machines and 5 sets CNC Laser cutting machines, and several sets of Drilling machines in house. Provide secondary machining process include EDM services, welding, bending, Polishing and finishing services. Offering samples and production inspection report before packaging and delivery. Set up whole quality control for your projects from programming to production. Delivery time will be 3-7 working days for low-volume Rapid Prototypes. CNC Machining Secondary Process Services
Except for CNC machining process, At CNCTECK, we also provide secondary process services for the parts, complete the parts to be aesthetic as you expected. The services includes welding, heat treating, polishing, drilling, deburring, grinding, surface treatment and product assembly.
Grinding process: it is very high precision process, which takes time and labor to achieve it. We usually reach the tolerance under +/- 0.005 mm, like gear shafts.
Welding process: here we provide TIG & MIG or other welding methods, we will clean the sharp edge and confirm the welding requests before production.
Heat Treating: We use HRC hardness standard for stainless steel parts. Surface finishing process: we make different surface finishing, such as anodizing, painting, electroplating, sandblasting, brushing, printing, laser engraving, passivation, powder coating etc.
Value-added options: need additional work on your CNC machining parts? Our value-added services include spraying painting, pad printing, etching, silk screening, RAL painting.
